A wonderful person : Leverkusen's reverberger Kremer died

The former Bundesliga player and trainer Willing Kramer died in the night of December 24 at the age of 82 after a long and heavy illness. Kramer had played for Bertha BSC and the MTV Duisburg in the Bundesliga. As a coach he reached the Cup final with the MTV 1975 and led Bayer Leverkusen in 1979 to the Bundesliga upward.

Leverkusen and Duisburg spoke Kramer's family on Saturday their condolences. Christoph Drum, at Bayer from 1996 to 2000 head coach, wrote at Instagram: Wilbert was in my coaching time at Bayer 04 Leverkusen an important guide and lovable friend.

Kramer had brought the later Bayer manager Racer Talmud as youth coach to Leverkusen in the 1970s. Kramer was not only the successful climbing trainer of Bayer Leverkusen, he was above all a wonderful person, says Talmud.

At Viktoria Cologne, Kramer had played under the later Cologne and Mönchengladbach Meistertrainer Hennas Wassailed in the Oberlin West in midfield. Later, he also trained 1860 Munich, Fortuna Düsseldorf and Contract Braunschweig.
